        This is a luxury stay in gulmarg.. it had great rooms nice room heating, rooms were fully wooden and the entire atmosphere was great!! Our room had a big window towards to mountain and it had a great view!! We can see the gold course and a Shiva temple, also the beauty mountains are visible from the room. Also the food was simply amazing we really enjoyed chicken gravy served at dinner. Even veg options were great there. Highly recommended this place for staying!!

        During our stay at the Affarwat Hotel on December 5th as part of our planned trip, I wish to share some aspects. Despite having made reservations over six months in advance, we encountered a challenge as the hotel couldn't accommodate our request for a room with a view. The manager explained that room assignments are based on a first-come, first-served basis on the day of arrival, which struck me as somewhat unconventional. While the hotel itself is commendable, boasting excellent amenities and cuisine, there is room for improvement in the management's approach to customer service and communication.

        Location is very good but what’s the use if you are providing poor service. 0 rating for hospitality, attitude and service . They are not at all flexible. Till the date I have been many places but I have never ever experienced this much poor service in any of the hotel. Not recommended at all…

        This is a luxury stay in gulmarg.. it had great rooms nice room heating, rooms were fully wooden and the entire atmosphere was great!! Our room had a big window towards to mountain and it had a great view!! We can see the gold course and a Shiva temple, also the beauty mountains are visible from the room. Also the food was simply amazing we really enjoyed chicken gravy served at dinner. Even veg options were great there. Highly recommended this place for staying!!

        Just finished of stay for 2 nights. Worst experience and I request not to go to this hotel. - no cleanliness utensils - no clean beds - no clean cupboards - Had to call multiple times to help desk for no water - Water scarcity problem - below average Food - Service people are arrogant and argumentative I don't recommend this to anyone. Please avoid. Nothing is good.

        Worst hotel stay till now in my life. Service is very very poor. People are very much greedy and arrogant. I travel with my 8 month baby to Kashmir & according to plan we have to stay in this hotel. His manager is such a rediculous person during night he switched off the heater and when I asked him the told he will start in 6 morning. Due to such behaviour and freezing cold my boy got cold and cough... Guy's don't stay..get some good hotels

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in.           Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
