It was a nice experience. It's in proximity yo New Delhi Railway Station 🚉. And metro station as well. The rooms were nice but seems small. They have a buffet for the breakfast which was really great. The buffet has less variety and almost have the same course. But it was amazing and tasty 😋. I would really think of this hotel again for stay.

I recently stayed at a hotel, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, well-appointed, and offered a comfortable stay. The hotel's amenities and on-site restaurant, added to the overall positive experience. I appreciated the attention to detail and excellent customer service. Highly recommend for a pleasant stay.

Great hotel for a great price. This was our first accommodation in India and we felt very well looked after. The staff were super helpful with all our questions and queries. And the breakfast and food at the restaurant was amazing. The best launch pad for an Indian adventure a traveler could ask for.

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel after a lot of searching my girlfriend finally found this place. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were always on hand to help. Even met the manager who gave us advice and came across as totally transparent and didn't try to pressure sell us anything which was great. Food on site was lovely too. Was right in the heart of Delhi and the hustle and bustle. We both loved it thank you Hotel Ajanta.

Pros: 1. Spacious rooms with neat bathrooms. 2. A good spread for breakfast. Cons: 1. Duvets were not clean, and despite raising the concern, they were not replaced. 2. Poor service: Lukewarm tea and milk served on two separate occasions, not provided in a flask. 3. Extended wait(approx 15-20 mins), during check-out for assistance with luggage. 4. Room heater request denied, citing a past accident on hotel premises.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
