        For AC room there was a power cut maybe done by the staff. There is no power backup or invertor. Not recommended for long stay.

        I don't want to give even 1 star to this hotel, worse than Dharamshala rooms, stains everywhere, on floor, bed sheet, bathroom, sink, toilet, even further was dusty & dirty, moreover you cannot close bathroom door. TV was there but no use wire were disconnected. I have never faced such bed experience in any hotel till the date. Think twice before booking your room here. Sharing few photos, so you can imagine the condition of the rooms.

        It was Good Experience with Hotel Ajmer Grand. New wing of Hotel is worth but they need to Improve their Service with professionalism , room was clean but there was stain on Duvet Cover, Ants in Room & Dustbin was not clean , full of Garbage. Room service visit room while Eating "Guthkha". Hotel staff needs training on professionalism. Don't book Deluxe catogery go for Executive room only. location was good close to Anna Sagar Lake.

        Pathetic experience, don't go on the exterior look of the Hotel, I booke the AC room but, the ac was not working, Hotel was dirty and stinking, no dustbin, unprofessional staff.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
