It is not up to the mark. Rooms are very very small with two beds create more difficulties to move inside the room. Most of the TV channels are not available as they don't subscribes all of them. Foods are available but not cooked in the hotel, if you order anything they buy it from outside. Better to go outside and have your foods. There so many good restaurants are nearby. Room service are not good enough although staffs are trying to deliver within their limitation. Overall it was high charged as per available amenities. If they charged for location I have nothing to say. Never recommend for family visit. Overall my experience is not good.

Stayed 3 nights. Room & bathroom are small but clean. Since, we were couple, it was properly managed. Foods are not available here. Room services for foods were provided on demand from outside. They prepared & provided tea only at hotel which is payable & not provided water bottle also. However, Staffs are friendly, helpful & polite. The main benefits to stay here is Markets are nearby, so lots of Restaurants are available in walking distance. Further, Tourist places, markets for shopping and bus station, Railway station are also nearby. Overall it's okay to stay here for 3-4 days.

The only best thing is its location. Don't get fooled by the pictures from the internet or what they uploaded on travel booking apps. Rooms are small and no window or outside view , no matter what room you choose. The bed sheet and towel were dirty, toilet needs more scrubbing. Only if you wish to sleep and have shower and not spend much time there, then it's ok. I would not recommend it otherwise.

This place is in close vicinity of CSMT. Rooms are very compact but since we had to just stay for a night it was ok. Washroom was clean. You might face a bit of issues with ventilation since the rooms are very compact. But overall 4 on 5 for the location service and cleanliness.

The rooms were modest but clean. The location is great. Staff was extremely kind and helpful, they even helped us foreigners to get to Pune by booking us bus tickets!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
