Location is advantage but not a luxury property, smelly all around not worth to the amount paid” Hotel is located at upper two stories of Al Tower building owned by Muslim family. The hotel is located in the busy market area on Kohinoor Road just 300 m from the MADIKERI bus station. The breakfast was included in tariff but. the hotel serves only one dish breakfast at ground floor restaurant. Hotel issues tokens to get the breakfast to its guests Hotel has charged 500 rupees per night extra over and above the booking amount paid through AGODA for a room with windows, designating it as Superior double room. The rooms were smelly full of moisture. The hotel corridors common areas were also smelly and seems unhygienic. Not worth the amount paid as tariff.

Very near to the KSRTC bus stand. Stay was good but food quality was not so great. They (restaurant and hotel reception guys) keep hopping us to get plate though they are in the same building. Complementary Breakfast options are very limited. You will only get Plane dosa and bread omlet and if you are lucky(!) If won't get it in your room.

At present staying at hotel, ordered food but they unable to provide plate n spoon. So we cancelled the order. No one to address our concerns. Asked at reception, they can’t help they told. Hotels run without owners are worstly maintained. Do they expect guests to bring plate , spoon n glass from their home?

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
