We Stayed for 2 nights in the hotel with a large group of 3 couples & kids. It was the worst decision we made when choose this property. Several reasons but main the property is very old and not maintained, staff is non-supportive, had to pay extra money (tip) get food in the room as they asked us to climb 1 floor above to have meals in their restaurant. Restaurant prices are like 5 star hotels and quantity is not even worth. No night meals arrangements as kitchen closes at 10pm, not even serve milk for kids even after being requested. 7k per night is way higher on just the name of heritage hotel as it is not even 3k per night. I would say even HPTDC hotels are much better located and organised. Will not even recommend to anyone even if they are offering a free stay.

The best place to stay especially if you have kids and a family. Nice proximity to kasuali mall road and all other tourist spots Mr. Bhupender made sure our check in was smooth and had shown us the rooms properly. Room service people-Mr. Patram and Mr.Narender made sure we have clean sheets and washrooms. Food is not that great in terms of options but quality is what you would want. All in all a wonderful stay. Thank you

It's an old heritage property, the location is the biggest and the only USP.... However service is beyond pathetic, and food pricing is like of 5star with quantity being the worst.... plus if u stay in deluxe room, they force u to have food in their restaurant and UPFRONT DENY severing food in room, we had to pay more individually to resturant staff, to serve us in room... In totality Staff is beyond rude and pathetic. Icing being, we asked for bonfire they stated INR 1000, during checkout charged INR 1400 with GST additional... And then payment being collected on personal account...when tried questioning, staff is unavailable, u should have checked.... We were a large group, hence overlooked the shortcomings and managed it somehow.. But for a nuclear family it would be a nightmare.... There are much better heritage hotels on same road... Would never ever go here...

VERY bad hotel - do not stay. Expensive and completely lacking in service and cleanliness. The bed sheets had hair and dirt on them - we requested they be changed, only for the staff to leave sheets outside our room. They only changed them when we asked again. Broken curtains and furniture. Dirty towels. Water glasses were filthy. Dust everywhere. To reach the room you have to carry all your suitcases down a steep staircase - no one there to help. Staff were not good. AVOID.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
