Starters and main course was good . Drinks are at gud price as per the location of this place. Service is little bit slow but ok. Smoking area has a cat which licks all the utensils and ice cube box also which is very unhygienic but rest is good.

Now we stayed the 2nd time in this Hotel and we had a very good room and ambiente there. The staff is very friendly and obliging. We enjoyed staying there and will come back again, for sure! They offer some nice breakfast-buffet and the best indian food you will get!

Pathetic condition of the room as well whole property.. AC not working, no internet on 2nd floor, Door bolt is broken and unable to close the door, TV not working, Left hand side of the entrance of the room #206 Floor tiles is broken and making noise while passing through, shower not working properly. Very bad condition of property. Asked for refund, and at 11.30 pm hotel front desk is saying to check out the property now to get refund. I have never seen such a poor property in such a prime location!! Worst customer service!! Stay away from this Hotel!!!

Stayed here on 10th and 11th of August 2023. Booking was made easy over phone. The Manager Mr. Amir Ali committed in confirming the stay. Centrally located in NCR. Executive rooms were ok for staying but the deluxe rooms on the 2nd floor were not good and bedbugs were seen. The executive rooms were clean and tidy but had the old look. Outdated furnishings. Complimentary breakfast is just average. Anyways, a good place to stay in the Connaught Place area.

Rooms are small and not enough place to keep your luggage. Does not have proper wardrobe too. The best thing about the hotel is the food (Dal Makhani and Moongdal Halwa) and the location.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
