United Kingdom. I can't understand the bad reviews....our stay & room we're absolutely fine! Comfortable, clean, plenty of space, hot water, Internet, breakfast, kettle, tea & coffee in room. Very helpful, pleasant management. We were allowed to have a late check out, because our train was at 3.00pm.....no extra charge. Good value. Recommended.

I also don't understand the bad reviews. The room is very clean, as is the bathroom .The furniture is reasonably new and the bed extremely comfortable. The room is quite small but I can put up with that in exchange for cleanliness ☺️☺️

I haven’t stayed in hotel because they cancelled it. The reason was very funny, thinking that i was alone and booked for 2 adults, i was part of a unmarried couple group which they dont allow. But it was wrong because i was supposed to stay alone. I know the hotel will write back if they do so, i will ask them one thing, do they have any other person name or id which they can commit came with me until they use any ID to look me bad. First horrible experience in ahemdabad.

This hotel is a cheat. I had made reservations over a month and a half ago from 18th to 20th Nov via cleartrip. When i called the hotel today to inform them about my check in time, i was shocked to know that they couldnt find my reservation. The manager asked asked me to contact cleartrip instead who in turn informed me that the hotel was overbooked. Only a couple of days ago, I received a revised voucher with the updated name and all of a sudden they are unable to find it? How can you cheat your customers? Just trying to earn money bcz of world cup finals.

Booked the room online with great expectations. The room was so small and congested than any other hotel. There is no balcony. We did not take any breakfast and lunch since got so much disappointed with suffocating room. The area around the hotel is very untidy and there is no pavement for morning walk. One should think before booking room here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
