If this place has an option of zero star, I would have probably given that... What pics are showing it is all fake.. this hotel has small damp, congested room where you will found no window. Extremely dirty linen, and cutleries, Ear shattering noise from the rooftop restaurant whole night and when you asked them for a reply... They argue bluntly... The noise from adjacent room keeps on coming, no soundproofing. They ruined our vacation... Well it should not be called a hotel room, it is even worse than a public dormitory ... In my view don' t spoil your vacation by opting this place you will definitely regret. Disgraceful fraud place

Modern looking hotel however the room we stayed at had a very bad cigarette smell, the complimentary breakfast was very disappointing. We stayed on the third floor and there was heavy club music every night until 1-2am on top the floor top of our head. Very very noisy and gave us headaches and restless nights. The hotel won't do anything about it and said there's "a private party and we will ask them to lower the music" but nothing ever happened. Update: After a while the hotel sent a staff up and offered us to move rooms. They offered a room on the second floor which is a little bit less noisy and a room on the first floor which is a lot more quiet. However, this room is a lot smaller but we opted for it. We were very hungry and wanted to get food delivery but couldn't get any delivery because we didn't get any Indian SIM card so we asked the restaurant to cook us dinner and it was AMAZING! Well done to the chef!. This was at 1:30 in the morning. The manager was very apologetic in the morning and he told us that if we had taught him earlier he would have rectified the issues for us. I have now changed my review to a better one. I hope they find a way to rectify their sound proofing issues as I can imagine that all visitors on the 3rd and 2nd floor will have to cope with this

Rooms were clean, although the bathroom could've been a bit cleaner. The rooftop restaurant was pretty cool and had good food and an amazing view. The inhouse restaurant was a bit expensive. The service in the hotel was friendly.

Bad experience. Starting from entrance, no proper parking space, rooms are too small, any view because of fog. Restaurant couldn't arrange non spicy food. The bar on the 4th floor , with loud music at night also, impossible to sleep. Hotel doesn't make me feel comfortable. Other guests speaking very loudly, non respect others. Like everything is exclusively for bad experience. You did it guys.

Stayed for a night in October 2023 with family. Good hotel with decent service. Complimentary breakfast was very good. But restaurant is slightly expensive for ala carte dishes. room size medium. For the 3rd person they provided a sofa cum bed, but no bedding, blanket or bed cover. this was not satisfactory. Otherwise service was good.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
