We had a stay there yesterday, but we are very disappointed with the services, manager kirti is sweet and understanding but all the other staff is so rude, and we found that there is a communication gap between manager and servants. They didn't provide us even hot water, their behaviour was so rude I won't recommend this hotel to anyone ever.

I had a pleasant stay at Alpana Hotel in Uttarakhand, booked through Agoda. The value for the price (2.6k for 2 adults AC room) was great. The facilities and service met my expectations. Overall, it was a good choice. Room was good clean.

The hotel is just fine. Its at a very walkable distance from Hari ki Pauri and at a middle of the market place which is good. The hotel is well maintained from the outside. But i didn't like the rooms much as the bedsheets were not very clean and also there was no hot water in the bathroom. We stayed in December which is a very cold weather. There is no hot water kettle also in the rooms. It is just an okay hotel. Not great and not bad too!.

Being a regular visitor of this hotel I would like to mention that things are deteriorating which needs regular maintenance. Rooms are having stinking smell of moisture and it's mentioned several times. Food is good but limited options. Kettles n crockery need to be replaced. Service staff also needed to be updated. No doubt the location is one of the major attraction.

The hotel is relatively new and a good one in that location. Proximity to Har Ke Paudi and market was great. The rooms had heat option in AC, for night which is great. But because of that some of the 3rd floor rooms had annoying sound during night. Rooms were spacious.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
