We stayed here for 4 days 3 nights. We had opted for superior room with breakfast and dinner. The food was delicious. 10/10. Both veg and non-veg options are there. The staff is very courteous, helpful and polite. Rates are decent, we booked by calling the hotel directly. Clean and hygienic. Perfect for staying with family.

It is a small and cozy property with big rooms. The food is really awesome and they have all the amenities including much needed heated beds. The only thing is you don't get to see the best view of himalayas that you can see from other places in kanatal. Overall, loved the stay.

1.Awesome and delicious pahadi preparation of meals. Meals were prepared on customers demand and taste. 2. Scenic picturesque view of hills from all rooms. 3. Rooms quite spacious and comfortable with all basic amenities. 4. Very friendly and helpful staff. 5. Room service very prompt. Overall a memorable stay.

The property is just superb. Rooms are very clean and tidy. The staff is very polite and co-operative. The bestest thing about the property is their food. We had one of the best food here made by Chef Mr. Jagbir Singh. Must try food is Dal makhani, Dal khichdi, Cheese omelette

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
