The rooms were tidy and nicely furnished, just the right mixture of modern comfort. Very good a/c. Housekeeping was great, providing excellent cleaning .Can't complain about location, either. very good access to public transport. Only reception seemed a bit clueless anytime we (scarcely) used their services. It took them several attempts to prepare the bill at check-in and check-out. Not the end of the world, but certainly no five-star performance. In the end a pleasurable experience nonetheless.

I had an event and booked rooms in Hotel Ambassador for my guests coming from out of Indore. The hotel rooms are very good with proper cleaning and spacious. The location of the hotel is good, railway station is in 2 kms and near to the market as well. Would definitely recommend for your next vacation or business trip.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, within walking distance to all the major attractions. The room was small but clean and modern, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they always went out of their way to make sure I had a pleasant stay. Overall, I had a great experience at the Hotel Arthur and would definitely recommend it to others. Here is a summary of my review: Location: Excellent, in the heart of the city Rooms: Small but clean and modern Beds: Very comfortable Breakfast: Delicious, with a wide variety of options Staff: Friendly and helpful Overall: Great experience, would definitely recommend Here are some additional details about my stay: I arrived at the hotel on a Friday afternoon and checked out on a Thursday morning. I booked a standard room with a king-size bed. The room had a view of the city. The room was equipped with a flat-screen TV, a mini-fridge, and a coffee maker. The bathroom had a walk-in shower and a separate bathtub. The hotel offered free Wi-Fi and a daily breakfast buffet. I had no problems with my stay and would definitely recommend the hotel to others.

Pros: Stay was good. Daily Cleaning. Prompt room service. Location. Walkable distance from 56 Dukaan. Most sight seeing is around 5-10 kms. Cons: They don't provide packaged water bottle in package. They could provide 2 water bottles per day per room. Rate is slightly higher as compared to services/rooms provided. Bathroom has no exhaust fans. If you have your own vehicle then parking could be issue. Sometimes you may need park other side of road.

We stayed at the Hotel Ambassador for 2 nights. The rooms were very clean and spacious! Rooms had a balcony! The restroom was clean. Room service was quick and the food was really delicious. Highly recommend as it's in a very good location and close to food Street.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
