Nice hotel and halls. We enjoyed the stay at O Hotel. Hotel has good function venues. Staff is friendly. Nice rooms, friendly service and tasty food. Mac Sharma did look after us and our guest to ensure the events will go ahead smoothly and enjoyable.

I'm sorry to about my experience at the hotel. Unfortunately, it sounds like the air conditioning in my room was not working properly and the staff did not make an effort to fix the issue. This made for a very uncomfortable night's sleep. Additionally, the high prices in the restaurant were likely disappointing. Based on my experience, it's understandable that I would not recommend this hotel to others. It's important for hotels to provide a comfortable and affordable experience for their guests, and it's unfortunate that this was not the case during my stay.

had an absolutely wonderful experience during my 3-day stay at your hotel. The staff's warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The immaculate room with its breathtaking view provided the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. The delicious dining options exceeded my expectations, and the attention to detail in every aspect of my stay truly impressed me. I can't wait to return and relive this delightful experience.

First, this is not a 4 star Hotel. I would say less than 3 stars. The rooms are very small for the price we gave. Also hotel is located near a big signal and metro, where all the time u will hear horn and metro sound. Breakfast is till 9.30am and check out strictly 11am. Where other hotels are offering 10.30 breakfast and 12pm checkout. I would say room and amenities are not worth for the amount we paid. I will not stay here next time. Pls look for other options.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
