We booked two rooms here , everything was good. There was construction going on in the adjacent building which felt a little disturbing in the night time. Staff was friendly and co-operative. We haven't ate in this restaurant. Rooms were comfortable

Worst hotel to stay in Indore. Arrogant staff. Om Mishra and Rakhi, not at all cooperative and top of that not true to their commitment. We were facing issue in room number 205, some kind of noise at 3AM. And staff is not cooperative, not responsive to the complaints. A big NO for this hotel.

Worst hotel to stay as their room no .205 is haunted we felt that someone was troubling us at night around 3 the sounds was completely at negative.We were so afraid but the staff was not at all bothered to come once and check after calling them thrice and upon that the manager Om Mishra and his colleague Rakhi was very arrogance and even they r not at all their commitment.Please don't go there for stay

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
