The hotel is 2 star. The rooms are not very clean. Leaking taps in the bathroom. Hot water time was for limited hours. Breakfast was served at 9:15 am, which was late. Dinner was good. Overall the hotel not neat and tidy.

This I must say is the worst hotel I have ever been too. Horrible experience. The rooms are so unkept, dusty all over. Room service is horrible. I asked them to change the bedsheet 3-4 time but they didn’t change it and the staff also seems unbothered about it as if they don’t care. No one is responsible for room cleaning in the morning. Even after asking them constantly they wouldn’t simply do it. We had a an early jungle safari planned and were told that the breakfast will be served once you return. We came back around 11ish and till that time the staff was struggling to provide breakfast not only to us but other guests too who were staying in the hotel. I’ve been to a number of hotels but this one was the worst and trust me on this, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and would request everyone who’s reading this review to just simply avoid this one if you want your vacation to be more comfortable.

It was a very fabulous experience. The rooms were very spacious and neat and clean. I would recommend the hotel to everyone to stay. The staff was also very nice and polite. It was a must stay

Hospitality is excellent. Hotel staff cares about guests. Rooms are cosy but outside passage gives hostel feeling. Dinner was good but breakfast really made our day.
