        I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say I was quite disappointed with my experience. Despite having AC in the room, it was not working properly, which made my stay quite uncomfortable. Additionally, cleanliness was not up to the mark, and that was quite off-putting. To make matters worse, there was no toothpaste provided, and the overall amenities were lacking. I would recommend that the management address these issues to improve the quality of their services for future guests 😀.

        If there was an option of giving no start I would have given that Firstly the behavior of the Manger itself is worst. If you are running a business like this in tirupati you should have known how to talk with your customers. We already had a word with his staff now he was completely declining that and proving his customers are lying. We asked everything about the charges and discussed about the fees beforehand but the manager was constantly arguing with us. Secondly about the rooms, the TV was working properly. The lights ... even worse... it started blinking after few hours of checking in and after that on the second day it went completely off, were just sitting in dark no air was passing from the windows. Similarly the bathroom were too dark. It looks like a 5star hotel from outside but inside the condition is worse than even a 3star hotel. But they are charging 2times more than 3star hotel That's all, I don't want to add anything more I personally didn't like it. And if anyone asks me I would rather say go for somewhere else because main thing which I look for is the behavior with your customers. If this was the behavior of a manager and was known to me before then i would have just skip for this. Thanks for reading!

        Very pleasant stay for a family. Mr Shankar, the Manager is very friendly and caring person. He even arranged our transport to temple. We asked for water and tea at 12am (that's the time we got back from temple) and we got what we asked. Will definitely recommend this place to stay in Tirupati.

        , I gathered many information'sLajababwent on a pilgrimage tour to Tirupati, for Balaji Darshan ,on 20th Oct 13.Took flight from Delhi via Hyderabad and reached Tirupati airport at 03PM. hired a prepaid taxi from the airport's prepaid taxi counter ,approved by the Andhra Govt. They charged Rs. 1000/- for Tirumala hill, which is at 22 Km. distance. Balaji temple is located at a height of 3000 feet on Venkatadri hill, one of the seven hills of Tirumala. Later on

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
