Pathetic service. Requested for hot water multiple times but it took more than 1 hour to deliver a bucket of water. Bathroom after checkin was filled with hair all over the floor. Requested multiple times to clean the same and had to supervise to get it thoroughly cleaned. Staff is rude and unaware of the processes. They keep making false commitments and there is no courtesy or value for clients time. It was my daughters birthday for which i had requested few mins of help in decorating the room (had got my own material for deco), but manager said he will arrange for the person and callback but that never happened. On following up he said he forgot. Tried connecting to management- Jayanti sir but none of the staff was helping and were constantly lying that he will be here in the evening and stuff like that. Biggest culprit of all is the manager mathur. I would never ever come to this place even with half the rate.

Rude staff, specially Madur, the manager is completely waste. No doubt, how the other will behave if manager itself is having such a rude behaviour. No cooperation at all. Resturant is also not up to the mark. It is better to eat in a resturant beside this hotel then to dine in here

If you really want to get insulted by there staff then must visit these Hotel. Specially the Night Reception person was most Rude, mannerless person ever seen on Hotel. 3-4 incidents can be shared here but let's keep it short, but we left from there in 15min of conversation.

Rooms were shabby. Bathrooms were dirty. Fan had so much dust on it. Very Poorely maintained hotel.. Blankets were stinking. Horrible place..Don't go by the international name.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
