1. Stuck in lift for atleast 25 minutes, thankfully we had hotel's number and we called them but they took it casually. 2. Used linens were given (dirty, stains in quilts, pillows). We had to upgrade our room, that also had same problem. No room plan and too suffocated rooms. 3. Insect with wings were found in our breakfast (Idli Sambhar). 4. Staffs were drunk when we checked in.

The location is nice and the hotel is well-built. However, despite complaining several times, the showers weren’t working properly. The property also need maintenance since the rooms are having water seepage causing chipped walls. The rooms are overall nice. The staff is okay but very non-courteous and non-cooperating and lacks professionalism.

Worst experience ever. Service is very bad. They do nothing age complaining. Cleanliness, hygiene is very bad. It isn't quiet.... You can hear voices from other rooms loud enough. When you complain, staff does nothing. Unable to sleep at night due to noise

Perfect location, hospitality, Staff, Vikas ji & Their Terrace... We had an event of Mr Arshaan Basaati (singer) almost 50 pax were there, it was awesomely arranged thanks aqua vibes rishikesh..... Highly recommend

its was vary pathetic experience , no hot water and water force its very slow, i bath in basin tap with tea mug ,no service staff take any complain seriously , i ordered tea in morning and get after 45 min. price also too high as per room and hotel. so i am request to all traveler to choice any dharmashala or guest house than this hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
