        considering the name that Aroma has held over years, we booked this property which goes by the name of Premium Aroma. Undoubtedly the location is very central and therefore the property price is slightly on the higher side, but we were disappointed with the condition of the room and the smelly bathroom. Although the room is spacious enough but the wood is creaking and the bathroom has an awful smell, we had to change the room due to the weird pungent smell, despite changing the room the smell remained constant. For breakfast, Aquamarine has a connecting path to the the aroma hotel, so we were asked to go to the dining hall of the aroma hotel. The staff is courteous and helpful, but the hotel needs to deliver the services for the hefty amount they charge.

        Worst service, worst facilities 1. You can not order food post 10pm, wherein the menu in the rooms shows last order is 11pm. After struggling so much even if they agree to offer you food, they will serve you anything. Ex: Raw chicken, Rotten food. 2. Breakfast menu is horrible, just survive on bread & butter 3. Asked for water bottle which they were suppose to provide me in room. Took them more than 1 hour & 2 calls to get it.

        I stayed 2 nights. Hotel front face view is good. Drawbacks is breakfast and food is in another building g outside the hotel. Also sir how I didn’t like the food bcaz taste was missing. I called 5 times but No one gave me water in the room. I had 2 big luggage but all the staff were just watching and nobody came to pick it up. Lift was not working since 4 days and it didn’t repair

        One of the best property I have ever stayed. The check in process is so smooth and the rooms are way too good above my expectations. Very well and calm stay.

        It was a comfortable stay with my family. Rooms are very nice and the staff is also pleasing. Service and food were also great.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
