Excellent hospitality by the team. Everyone from the reception to room service to the chef are professional. Special mention to Rathindra and Ismail, really great hospitality provided by them. Travelled with kids and didn't find any hassles. Rooms and washrooms are clean. Well maintained property and approachable to many good eateries nearby.

NOT SAFE FOR GIRLS We recently went to celebrate a birthday, but our experience was far from pleasant. In the middle of the night, a middle-aged man barged into our room not once, but three times, catching us completely off guard. We had no idea that anyone else was sharing our accommodation with us. In response to their complaints about noise, we immediately reduced the volume of our music, even though we had already stopped playing music by 2 AM due to our speaker's battery running out. Disturbed by this intrusion and our lack of privacy, we informed the management. Shockingly, their response was disappointing; they showed little concern for our situation. One manager even went so far as to suggest that someone entering our room unannounced was acceptable. This blatant disregard for our privacy was deeply unsettling, especially considering that we had booked a 4 BHK, which should have ensured complete privacy. Despite our comments, the management has only addressed the music issue, completely ignoring our valid privacy concerns. Our experience at this place was by far the worst we've ever encountered, and we hope that sharing this story will help bring attention to the need for better customer service and respect for privacy in such establishments. We celebrated my friend’s birthday here but it wasn't enjoyable. A man came into our room three times at night.We didn't know we'd be sharing our space. We lowered our music volume in response to noise complaints, we told the management. Sadly, they didn't seem concerned. One manager even said unexpected entry was fine. This was deeply disturbing especially in a 4 BHK where privacy should be guaranteed. They only addressed the music, ignoring our privacy worries. This was our worst experience ever. We hope sharing this will highlight the need for better service and privacy respect.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
