Firstly I'm being completely honest with my review here, the hotel is so family friendly and spacious. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is nice too. There is no great view but you can get utmost comfort staying in these rooms. Talking about the services, the staff is diligent and competent at the best. You call for anything and they are in your room within 10 minutes. We ordered lunch and dinner from the hotel itself and the food was so delicious that we ordered the same dish twice. We had the room with a buffet breakfast and I recommend that because the breakfast is generous and filling. The swimming pool was not so clean but was cleaned after we requested them and the game zone is also mediocre. Regardless of that I loved my stay at Hotel Aristro.

We were for an overnight stay at the hotel Aristro 23rd sept - 24 sept 2023 , talking about the room and ambience was below average with unhygienic worn out furniture, tv and ac remote cell had to adjust in one, tap was broken , lights were flickering and pathetic food. Only pros were the good room service and mumbai - pune express way touch location of the hotel

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
