Good hotel but rooms need an update. Ask them for a hairdryer they will give an amazing explanation. Found a lizard which fell rite on me while clearing the curtains. But the food served here is excellent. Excellent taste & very properly priced unlike other hotels who try to fleece the customers via food billing.

Pros 1. Main location. 2. 3 to 4 different types of rooms. 3. Front office people are courteous and very soft, helping kind. 4. Room service and house keeping is very fast and quick. 5. Safe place for family and ladies. 6. All the staffs are very courteous and soft spoken. Cons 1. Hot water i believe can be much more intense as kids find it difficult to take bath. 2. Exhaust fans in bathroom are missing. No room fresheners also

Fantastic stay at Lee Benz Ark hotel. Very close (walkable distance) to famous temples of Sarangapani, someswarar and kumbheswarar. Room was spacious and very well maintained. Check-in process was also smooth. Front office was friendly. Room service was also quick. Stayed here for 2 nights. Has a spacious car parking. The hotel has a multi cuisine restaurant at the ground floor. Dishes were tasty and were served hot. One point of improvement here is speed of service at the restaurant. When the restaurant is full, it takes inordinate delays to get your order. The hotel has multiple approach roads and some of them are through markets which are very narrow to navigate. Be careful while relying on support from google maps.

Our stay in the hotel was very good and comfortable. We had taken a car for rent from the hotel desk Driver Sri V. Suresh was very enthusiastic, obliging, safe good driver, and very well aware of the routes and timings of the temples in and around kumbakonam. We appreciate his attitude and behaviour.

I had a good experience. Hotel is centrally located. Friendly staff. Courteous. Mr. Suresh took me around the temples in and around Kumbakonam. He is very knowledgeable and he also took me to temples which I had not known. All in all a good experience. I recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
