Been there on Jan 2024. Overall the hotel was okay, please note heater is not available in hotel. You have to take it extra charges basis. Hot water is only available in morning 8 to 10. Where as wash basin does not have hot water connection. The good point about hotel has good view on parking side and food is served hot and tasty.

We are here for 2 nights. Rooms are not good. Hot water is available only from 8AM to 10AM. Staff told us that hot water will be available in evening also but it's not like that. If someone is visiting with small kid then think before staying here. Staff is good.

We had a 3 day 2 night trip at this hotel. The hotel is in a very good location as most of the places to visit are within 300m. The staff are very good and well mannered. Food is also good and I would recommend everyone to visit this hotel if you visit Nainital.

Waste of money..very dissatisfied. Staff told hot water only available from 8-10 am. We waited till 9 am but no hot water. Had to bath with cold water. Horrible experience. Also water logging in washroom. After complaint they changed room. Irresponsible staff at reception, they don't bother. Location of hotel is not good. They also cheated in cab booking from hotel to bus stand . Only good thing is food. Good service by restaurant staff.

We searched this hotel on google and on basis of reviews we stayed there for one night . The condition of room is pathetic, uncleaned, dampness on wall , and dust and insects inside the room and also gallery between the room have pathetic smell of toilet. Thought its 850m from mall road but one can find much more better hotel/accommodation nearby . I would never recommend this hotel further as the cleanliness is major issue in room. Hot water not available even with gyser room its does not work properly.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
