Stayed at this place with family for a night. It is at a good locality. Rooms were neat. However, the levers of washrooms could have been maintained better. The restaurant attached to the hotel is really good. The manager Mr. Shetty took good care of our requirements for food.

I had a 2 room night stay at this hotel. It's pretty near to the Pune Railway station. The upkeep of the hotel was impressive. There is restaurant attached with the property which serves both Veg and Non-Veg food. The food preparations were good and reasonable in price. The hotel staff were very humble with their service and I was very satisfied with my stay here.

It is an old hotel. The rooms are good. The location is very close to the pune railwaystation. Suited for short stays. They have an old restaurant as well, where you can have the breakfast. There are no hygenic restaurant options nearby.

The room I stayed in was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated. It was evident that great attention had been given to every detail, ensuring a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The comfortable bed provided a great night's sleep, and the amenities in the room were top-notch. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional dining experience at Hotel Ashirwad's restaurant. The menu offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, and each meal I had was a culinary delight. Worst experience ever with this property.. I am staying in Room No 203 of this Hotel Ashirwad and their so called Manager Ms. Sneha on the front desk is the most unkind ,rude , unprofessional ,ill mannered and impolite person who can't even help one in the case of exigency that too medical. .i haved asked for the medical help to arrange a medicine as the online portal showed minimum 2 hours in delivery as I am in acute pain and she refused to send some waiter to get it from the hospital which is just 500m away and a chemist is just a few shops away however she totally refused to help and spoke in a very indecent manner which is not taken at all.. A big 0 for their hospitality. Wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here .pls save your hard earned money and refrain yourselves from here. Though the medical shop is only 500 mts and she lied that all the medicals are closed

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
