Positives 1. The food provided by restaurant of hotel was very tasty. 2. The location of hotel is good i.e. located near main market 3. The behaviour of hotel staff was good. 4. Prompt services were provided Negatives: 1. Overall the room was medeocare. 2. The flush of western toilet was continuously leaking despite telling the hotel staff to repair it. 3. The cupboard was located very close to bed causing congestion. 4. The bucket & mug was slightly broken

Website description via Agoda is from years ago. We arrived with the lobby area in renovation, meaning drilling throughout the day. There are areas that show some cleaning. Room is basic, in need of a good clean and lots of maintenance. Also feels damp and ceiling has mildew. Bathroom of low standard, minimum toiletries, very old and running hot water only in morning. A bucketful is provided on request for othertimes. Hotel is barely passable if you are on a low budget but i recommend looking elsewhere. Location is good, 10/15 min walk from lake and town centre. Staff friendly.

This is the worst ever hotel i seen in my life 1.Very rude manager and staff at night - there washroom is too bed , hot water not comes properly, there manger talks in language like ‘Nikal yaha see 36 dekhe tere jaise neened kharab maat kar , bhag ‘ 2. They do not provide even a single water bottle in room 3. Their rooms are too congested that not even single bed can be added 4. Don't pay entire amount of room in advance 5. This hotel is approximately 1km from Nakki lake

❌❌❌Vary bad experience... By mistake I had booked it for 10th January and whithin 5 min I called the hotel to change my date from 10th Jan to 11th Jan... Hotel refuse to change my booking date and not giving me any refund... Totally worst experience... So Don't book this Hotel...❌❌❌❌

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
