        This hotel failed spectacularly, far worse than we would have expected from a three-star establishment. How the rating agency gave it three stars is beyond me. We were astonished to learn that bringing food and beverages from outside was prohibited on the first day. The staff lacked decorum. They used to enter the room by themselves, open the door, and then remain there peering at us to see whether we had brought anything in from outside. Upon entering the room, we were taken aback to discover that the bed took up the entire space, leaving no room for relaxation. All in all, this hotel fell short of our expectations by a significant margin. According to what the management said, when I went to take a shower, the water did not go down the gutter but instead travelled to the next two rooms. The cost of the liquor was high and every item on the menu was double the price. We had to call five times last night to get water to drink, and he finally delivered it in a little vase for the three of us. The building lacks noise insulation, so our voice was being heard outside and the noise from the traffic entered the room. There was not enough seating in the room for everyone to sit comfortably.

        The front desk guy is not at all professional. No hospitality.. I was thrown into a dingy room. The room had no window , even the bath had no exhaust! You end up going in circles when you as for any clarification. All the blame is put onto the online platform from where you booked the stay.. The phone number given online was incorrect which was so confusing since I couldn't get any confirmation to Crosscheck ny stay till the time I physically went to the hotel... Broadly it's a small scale budget hotel with no prior experience of the service industry.

        I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff were shockingly rude, refusing to accommodate my request for a Jain meal. Moreover, despite booking a twin bed via Make My Trip, we were given a single double bed, creating a discomforting situation for two people traveling. The lack of consideration and failure to fulfill basic reservations made our stay far from pleasant.

        We 4 friends stayed there. We checked in at 8:30 pm, the receptionist at bothered the least about our question and was happy to just spit out the information like a telemarketer. Very rude behaviour to start with. At the time of check in we were told that the kitchen is open till 11 pm. When we tried to place an order at 10:45 they had to check again if they could serve us. The hight was when we were being served of our dinner the server refused to give us even a water bottle stating that it’s late now. He had to check before serving us the water bottles. Though the property is having a good location and decent ambiance the service people and the staff is in serious need of hospitality training or atleast some manners. In the morning we informed the issues to the manager, hope he takes this up and improve upon the service. Disappointing stay.

        Hotel Aston is my annual retreat during Navratri, and it never disappoints. The warm hospitality and impeccable service make it a home away from home. The vibrant festivities of Navratri are enhanced by the hotel's thoughtful decorations and special events. The rooms are comfortable, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure a delightful stay. The in-house dining offers a delectable array of dishes, perfectly complementing the festive spirit. From the welcoming lobby to the cozy rooms, Hotel Aston is a haven of comfort and joy during the Navratri celebrations. It has become a cherished tradition, and I eagerly anticipate my stay every year.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.
          The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.
          If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.
          If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.
          Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.
          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
