        Average hotel. We were on a tour to Vaishnodevi. Halted for 1 night. Typical bed bath facility. No restaurant. We returned late night after darshan and slept for the night. Hotel check out is 11 am and they are strict about it. Service is below average. Inadequate staff.

The hotel's driver exhibited rude behavior, the owner engaged in questionable billing practices, and basic hygiene in the washrooms was lacking. Such issues marred what could have been a pleasant experience. Potential guests should be aware of these shortcomings before considering this hotel."

His communication was rude, and his demeanor was unpleasant. This lack of professionalism significantly affected the overall impression of the hotel." Dishonest Practices by the Hotel Owner: "Furthermore, I encountered unsettling practices from the hotel owner. It appeared as if he was intentionally trying to mislead and take advantage of guests, especially concerning the billing. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and leaves a lasting negative impression on visitors." Poor Customer Service: "Adding to the dissatisfaction was the owner's lack of basic customer service skills. Clear communication and respectful interactions are fundamental in the hospitality industry, but unfortunately, this was lacking during my stay at Athiti International."         Please is hotel main koi booking mat karwao. Hotel staff is hopeless. They don't know how to treat with the guest. Cab service was given to us. Driver don't know how to drive the car. Driver smash the car in the garbage dump. We were 4 adults with 3 kids in the car. We only know how we have save our lives. Hotel staff was arogantly talking to us.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform.           Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
