Disappointing Experience at a Construction Site Disguised as a Hotel Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ My recent stay at this particular hotel left me utterly dissatisfied and frustrated. From the moment I checked in, it became apparent that this establishment was far from what I had expected. The fact that it was under construction and resembled more of a construction site than a hotel was just the beginning of my woes. Firstly, the hotel's decision to charge an exorbitant fee of 3000 for early check-in was utterly unreasonable. It felt like a blatant attempt to squeeze every penny out of their guests, without considering the inconvenience caused by the ongoing construction. The behavior of the hotel reception staff was another major letdown. Their attitude towards guests was nothing short of appalling. Their lack of professionalism and courtesy only added to the overall disappointment of my stay. I understand that hotels occasionally undergo renovations, but it is unacceptable to continue operating as if everything is normal without informing guests beforehand. The noise and dust from the construction work made it impossible to relax or get any rest during my stay. In conclusion, I strongly advise against staying at this hotel until their construction is completed and they improve their customer service. The experience was far from pleasant, and I regret choosing this establishment for my stay.

Worst Experience It is with great disappointment and frustration that I write this review to share my experience with others. Hotel rooms doesn’t meet the level as per tariff. You can easily get better options just beside this hotel. I recommend you to not believe on images shared on booking sites. Worst part is the staff behaviour, manager lacked basic courtesy and professionalism. Their condescending tone and dismissive attitude were evident. When I approached the manager with a simple inquiry about the hotel's amenities, I was met with a rude response that made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued guest. Moreover, throughout my stay, I witnessed the manager treating other guests with the same level of disrespect. You can read some other reviews here which are specifically about manager behaviour. In conclusion, I strongly advise prospective guests to think twice before choosing this Hotel.

Firstly it's a Under Construction Building. Next they are charging higher then the usual rate. When i visited last week they charged 1200 for Single room but today when i call theme At morning they were asking for 2500 for double deluxe room. Suddenly at Afternoon they are asking for 3200. Which is ridiculous. Whole hotel is under construction, full of Cement, Sand and Bricks. Not suitable for Kids.

Extremely disappointing experience with Hotel! Extremely bad customer handling experience - Specially behaviour of one of the hotel staff, possibly a manager handling customers at front desk, was very very bad. It was not only with me but with may other customers trying to find room in this hotel. Hotel staff say, WiFi is free but hardly works. Rooms got very bad smells until AC is switched on or room freshener is used. Website says breakfast if free but there is nothing in practical. Not worth for price quoted. Please be careful while choosing this. Theer are lot of other options available with location benefit

Don't go with rooms pic it has very high prices for rooms compare to its rooms and services...you won't get any complementary water in rooms and when asked to provide they charge 25 rupees per bottle...now if you ask about service....it's simply worst I have ever had in any hotel....even if someone refer you to go here simply avoid it.... I never wrote any reviews for any hotel or restaurant whether it's good or bad....but this hotel forced me to write it.... because of the horrible service I experienced here....

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
