NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL EVER It was a HORRIBLE experience in Hotel Aura. Paharganj. My new Apple earphones were STOLEN during house keeping. After long investigation and waiting, in return I was given first copy Rs 185 USED fake earphones. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. RUINED MY STAY AND MOOD. Other than this, the rooms were in really bad conditions. NO hair dryer. TV DID NOT work the whole time, asked receptionist they said it won’t work. Tea kettle cord won’t fit in any socket of the room. NO toilet papers. Bathtub is in very bad condition. Bad unhygienic towels. NO iron. Carpet is torn and dirty. Chair was very dirty and had big stink on it that you won’t even want to sit on it. This hotel is located in market place which makes you feel discomfort. Continuous loud honking noise. It’s a pure scam to brand this as a three star hotel. It’s not even 1 star to the standards of a clean and tidy place.. DON’T EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL EVEN IF IT IS GIVEN TO YOU FOR FREE. PRO TIP: Don’t leave your valuables behind when you go out, it MAY get stolen during house keeping.

The rooms were really clean and spacious. You actually get what you book and the location is nice, being close to Connaught Place. We tried the Jacuzzi and it was very nice, I would highly recommend it, especially given the friendly prices. The staff was also very accommodating as they also picked up an order for me.

Such a worst experience I ever had,I booked room with jacuzzi where I waited half an hour for hot water, they don't even provide you a bathing kit , you should keep your own soap and shampoo ect.. also there is no toilet paper, very delay in food service they took more than 1 hour for each order.. and also they are very fast forward to charge you for little things.. Completely nonsense , i spent 6 thousand for such a stupid place .. Big no for this place they ruined your day and mood .

It was a terrible experience in Aura. Me Being first time in North india , this hotel creates an impression that India is overcrowded and dirt as foreigners think The rooms were bad with insects running all over the room . Bed , cupboards , anywhere in the room were super dirt.also this hotel is located in market place which makes u feel discomfort to walk outside. It’s a pure scam to brand this as a three star hotel.It’s not even to the standards of a clean and tidy place . To all tour operators do not host foreigners to this hotel to create wrong impression about beautiful india . Avoid this place at all cost

I booked executive room with bath tub online in aura hotel.When I reach there in noon time they asked me to wait for half an hour because Room was being prepared. in between the called me and send to see the room but there was no bathtub and it was in normal room so I asked them that I booked a room with bathtub why are you showing me A room without bathtub so after 15 minutes they took me to a room with bath tub but it was not a executive room from any angle .their centrally AC was also not effective. if you book online they will not deal you properly because when you go to hotel without booking they will get more price so they treat u bad. they gave me executive room with bathtub but it was just an ordinary room with bathtub .i ask them for chicken curry at lunch but there was so much Chilli that I was crying instead of having it. Was a very bad experience. Finally. I had to change hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
