        Rooms are spacious, clean and hygienic. I booked two rooms for 5 members, initially I asked for an extra bed and they said it will cost 500 more but while check-in the receptionist said it is for an extra person not for an extra bed, so be clear and ask about this while you check in. The staff helps and acts immediately up on reporting any problem. The only problem is it's difficult to communicate with the receptionist in other languages other than kannada and bathroom locks.

        Misbehaviour of Manager and bad smell in rooms, specially rooms in the right hand sides of the reception. Outside coridor is garbage storage. Manager's misbehaviour and lack of basic communication skill is worst.

        The hotel is good but it seems one person sits in reception claiming himself as manager sitting there Mr Ravi will make this hotel go in hell....he have 0 hospitaility for guests and he argues each and every time as i have booked rooms through agoda and the day my guests were about to arrive he said its cancelled and trust me he has not even intimated us and the stay was for about 7 days for 6 rooms but though there is no other option nearby mico layout we have to bear with it with extra money...but i would recommend dont go for this hotel until and unless no options available cz this guy Ravi sitting there is of no use and generally in hotel business the first thing we consider is hospitaility and politeness but this person is not having both.

        I have booked a room online on Rivido website for my parents from 1/7/2023 to 7/7/2023. It was all good but then the guy who was sitting in the reception area Mr. Ravi, he is worst than ever..He asked to clear the room by 10:30 whereas in the booking pdf it was written that “ We can checkout on time or we can extend till 2 hours…But this Man called Ravi he asked us to checkout by 11 even when I said that my parents will check out by 11:30 and also I showed him the pdf of online booking where it’s clearly mentioned that we can extend till 2 hours on checkout time. His behaviour was worst towards us, no etiquette, doesn’t know to deal with customers…Also he was claiming that I was staying with my parents whereas I was just visiting as they need me for assiatance in this new city…He was lying and bluffing the whole time about it…Worst management ever..Please look into this and take action..I have seen him even treating the staff very rudely. Mr. Ravi is one of the worst Management staff I have seen. Please look into this matter. No wifi provided and also the TV is of no use

        Party hall was booked with breakfast and lunch unlimited. The quality of the food was very bad. All the items were not tasty and damn cold, not in eatable condition. Worst experience ever. Never expected to be like that very disappointed.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
