        Pathetic services, the staff and owner are very rude. It's like they are doing us a favour if we ask for any service, highly non professional. If you are coming late to the hotel and ask for the room keys they will ask to search on the counter and they will remain sleeping. You will not atol find a smile on their face and if atol you will ask for a second service, then they will say "EK BAR ME BOLA KARO NA KYA KYA CHAIYE". IF YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY THEN SURELY BOOK THIS ACCOMMODATION

        We stayed here for 2 nights. Price wise it was reasonable as we paid 1500 per night. There were other hotels close by which were double the price. Service was horrible as there is no one to be bothered about anything. When I say anything, it is even for a bottle of water or a cup of tea. They don't bother. Rooms were OK bit needs improvement in terms of regular cleaning and maintenance. Towels needs to be changed to something smooth and not so harsh like the ones they have it at their rooms. AC was not working in my room and had to use my friends remote to turn on.

        The worst experience. The management was pathetic, not at all helpful. You could see ants all across the floor in the room, the lift was wooden and you could find termites all over it. They had an in-house kitchen but didn't provide any meals. The TV didn't work, when it started working - there was no recharge, the phone was working on and off. The cutlery they served on day 1 was dirty. The staff tried to help but the manager was not at all helpful so even the staff couldn't do much. When travelling to Goa, i know where not to go, you think for yourself...

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in.           Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.
          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
          In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
