Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. We , 3 families, stayed in the hotel on 31st August 2023. The Deluxe Room we stayed was reasonable for 3 people. Rooms are well maintained. The room was in the ground floor. Restaurant was neat and food was awesome. We enjoyed the the stay, our morning walk on the banks of river Lidder was an amazing experience.

The stay in hotel baisaran was quite good.the rooms were clean and the service was provided by was excellent. The f&b manager namely Mr Rayees was very friendly. Food was good and great value for money.i am especially thankful to reception staff namely Mr bilal,Mr harvinger and Mr umer for their welcoming& helping nature.they are very kind and i loved their high quality work.

During my recent stay at a hotel, I had a rather unpleasant experience with their strict timeline for food. The hotel had limited hours for meal service, and if you missed those times, you were out of luck. Additionally, the supply of drinking water in the room was scarce, and they charged a hefty amount of 50 rupees for an extra water bottle of 1L. To make matters worse, the manager Mr. Rahees behavior during dinner was far from pleasant. Instead of being accommodating or understanding, he sounds rude and kind of disrespectful when we had dinner he was constantly staring and asking us in every 10 mins to finish it so that he could wrap up the buffet. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I would recommend staying at a better place near the river side with a better view and accommodating staff

We had stayed here for 2 nights from 19th July'23 to 21st July'23 Plus points - 1)A nice hotel with a beautiful view of the mountains from the front facing rooms. 2)The service was excellent. 3)The food was awesome. 4)The ambience was very good. 5) The staff were very well behaved. 6) The buffet breakfast was very good. Minus points - 1) There is no lift and the stairs are very steep so it will be difficult for senior citizens and people with joint pain. 2) Our travel agent had booked a DELUXE ROOM with an extra bed for our family of four. But the DELUXE ROOM is okay for a family of 3. We had to change our room and we made extra payment for a Family suite.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
