In the month of January 2021, we stayed for three nights. The hotel is located about 10 minutes walking distance from the lift from we can go mall road.There is no parking for cars outside the hotel. The rooms are spacious and ok. The staff are helpful and courteous. The roti in the restaurant is good. There is no central heating system. During winters all walls get watery. not recommended for senior citizens. budget hotel in shimla.

Positive: 1. Quality & Budget friendly hotel 2. Hotel staff are friendly and cooperative 3. Near Shimla ISBT (Bus stand) 4. Near Mall Road, Shimla 5. Takes 2 Km towards Rope way, Jhakoo Temple 6. Two floors hotel with amazing view of shimla. 7. Can book budget friendly taxi to explore places of Kufri, chail, theog, narkanda etc. 8. Good Breakfast Negative: 1. No parking 2. Balcony not available in first floor room.

One of the best place to stay in Shimla. Location of this hotel is near to the lift for mall road, It takes 5 minutes for you to reach mall road from this hotel. Parking is also nearby hotel. Overall the stay was very good. Rooms are a bit small, but valley view from hotel is excellent. Other locations like Kufri, Mall road and Jakhu temple are also nearby.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
