Solo foreign female traveler in transit for one night. Had a pleasant stay in their small room format, larger rooms are available at a less economical rate. Room was comfortable, clean and fairly quiet (I arrived at 2am). I thought I booked a twin bed, but it ended up being a double. Nice sheets, good hot shower. Excellent overall quality, great location near airport and for checking out Juhu beach area. This neighborhood is upscale, and nice to walk around. Meals were a bit expensive, so I opted for options outside which were plentiful and nearby. I have stayed in a variety of hotels/airbnbs in India and overall for Mumbai, this felt like a good value for a short stay.

Nice, clean property. Staff is good cooperative. Had almost no complaints. Breakfast was nice and with options. Daily change of menu in Breakfast was nice. My room had a view of the road, but lots of greenery was there. Was happy that no noise was filtering in the room. Bathroom was clean and well maintained. Shower was good. Pillows comfortable. Will try to stay again, if I am on that side. Thank you all.

Amazing location right in front of Juhu beach, close to Prithvi theater. - They offered me an upgrade and room was very good. Didn't expect such big room at Juhu - Service was good - Food was good but I only had breakfast so can't comment on the entire menu Would recommend anyone wanting to stay for a few days near Juhu

Small rooms but good rooms. Can feel stuffy. But otherwise good rooms with good staff. Also the food here was 5star. Had a bunch of different things like South Indian to pasta and everything was great!

Stayed here a year ago, Feb 2023 and returned back as the location is brilliant, within minutes of Chowpatty...service and staff are excellent. Clean hotel, food is,also very nice...Will definitely come back again..

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
