I stayed at this hotel for a week and I was very impressed by the quality of service and amenities. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the city. The staff was friendly, helpful and attentive, always ready to assist me with any request. The breakfast buffet was delicious and varied, with options for different dietary preferences. The location was convenient, close to public transportation and attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

We've stayed here for 9 nights in a standard room and it was a very convenient and comfortable experience. It is clean, modern and with very kind staff. We were looking through several hotels in Mumbai and didn't like the look of many but Bawa didn't disappoint. Again, the staff is super friendly. Reception is available 24 hours and so helpful, room cleaning is good and the breakfast is good, especially if you have a weak European stomach like us that appreciates some Western options mixed with some Indian breakfast options. What I would recommend is that you book the hotel on their website because that includes breakfast. AC is available in the rooms.

I recently stayed at the hotel bawa regency and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is also in a great location, close to many of the city's attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Indore Here are some of the things I loved about the hotel: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable, and I had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel is in a great location. It is close to many of the city's attractions, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast was delicious. There was a wide variety of options to choose from, and the food was all fresh and tasty. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in dadar.

Very bad room no 6.ground floor the steps are very bad mo indication is there in night any one gets hurt.other wise the hotel is good.u pay more then 9thousand.it is not worth no breakfast. We did it online no breakfast.in reciption they are telling we must pay commission to them.very bad experience.

If you are planning on having a vacation with family or will be staying alone, this is the best place to stay. They have very good and comfortable rooms. Each and every staff member makes you feel comfortable. They are very dedicated and they truly care about their customer satisfaction. One of the best services in hospitality and worth the money.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
