        Pathetic place to stay. Not worth of single star too. Hygiene and clinlineess was very poor. Support staff was btherless. No parking available, cars will be parked roadside. No water provided, no welcome kit given. Bedsheets and furnitures were stained. Bathroom stinking of drainage. I wouldn't advise for this property. Find any other place to stay.

        One of the third class hospitality I have ever seen in this industry. They even won't let you sir with your business guest inside the dining room if you want to have only tea. They purposefully increase the bill amount. They event don't serve basic amenities in the room.. lott of mosquito and lizard inside room.. hygiene is zeroooo.

        This place should be blacklisted for the extreme lack of Hospitality. I think they need to make this place into a case study for Hotel Management Students as an example of the most down trodden and run down hotel. Hygiene, staff behaviour, value for money, size of rooms, quality of rooms, pest control - all of these parameters are criminally substandard. The one star I've given is still insane. This place should shut down 🤢 **DO AN INSPECTION HERE YOU'LL BE SHOCKED**

        Hotel is located infront of andheri railway station and there is hotel's restaurant and its good location to enjoy price is high according to room and facilities they dont provide any free water and tooth kits and shaving kits

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
