        Rooms are not good and walls are broken and no wifi facility and rooms are noisy and pillow have saint of cigarette.. if you have plan to stay . Think 5 times before check in. Owner should have to broke the room and hotel through bulldozer specially 206,207,205 rooms

        Arrogant staff and horrible service. They switch off the lift at night in the name of maintenance. staff enters the room without knocking. they don't provide towels and drinking water. The bathroom door lock was not working. they don't resolve ur issues at all

        The staffs are so unprofessional. The receptionist took my Id for booking n said he will return after having a photograph and din't return...I too forgot to take it bck as I was in a hurry...I called him several times later he dint pick then one fine day he asked me my address and 200 rs to send it bck thorugh courier.....aftr a month he said that he left job there and I have to take it from there itslf... plus dint return my money n now not evn pickng my call...worst exprnce ever...food was too bad n if bychance if you keep ur door opn for a min...they enter ur room widout ur permission.... I regret staying in this hotel...I will never have a look to it wen I go haridwar next..they could not solve a small matter.....

        If you are on budget and need room close to the railstation then this can be an option. Rooms could have been better at the price point. Very unclean and unhealthy ambience. Beds were having bugs, washrooms not clean. Lights were not functioning properly. And noise besides the window. Unless no option, not recommended. Location is perfect though, just opposite the railway station road. Staffs are also helpful.

        Very Bad experience! There are "bed bugs" (Khatmal) inside the beds. Staffs are also very rude. We had 2 AC rooms and that too were not good at all.
