We have just checked out this hotel...ofcourse had a grace period of 1 hour as someone at the reception has agreed but the lady at the reception was behind our lives to vacate the room and was very very arrogant...not at all customer friendly..she was not willing to hear anything and behaved very rudely ofcourse we had to give it back the same way as well ! Room, location etc and even the food was fine but just for this RECEPTIONIST lady..she is not fit to interact with customers..very bad experience...God save them !

I stayed in this hotel for one week it is very pleasant stay.... I like the hotel staffs very kind and helpful... Especially receptionist mam taking care of customer needs and I felt my home.... Very hygienic toilet daily based rooms were cleaned... Pocket friendly price... Very nice good no words to say....

Pros - 1) I chose this since it was closer to the railway station. 2) They allowed extra people. Per person at Rs. 168 including taxes for bathing and getting ready. 3) You can book Uber auto/cab to Alipiri or any other spots. Cons - 1) First time I visited here. The night watchsman shooed me away mentioning there are no rooms. I had to tell him a few times that I have a reservation here. Care taker was in deep sleep. Apologies for 2) waking you up. He had a tough time getting up his staff who were lazy staff, but cringing for tips for their laziness. 3) Room was not very clean, and pillows and blankets were missing. 4) Bath room did not have shower.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
