Have come here for new year celebrations from 29 dec-1 jan.. Everything was superb in terms of location, service of staff but the irony was no provision for driver to sleep. It's very basic and is there in every hotel however it wasn't there and they asked us to pay for that .. In such winter, cold how can we expect him to sleep in car.. So ultimately we agreed to pay but this should have been taken care of

The hotel, location and staff is great. Food has limited choices and inconsistent taste. Food is average in taste. The management needs to find ways to support the drivers. Unlike any other hotel, they charge for driver bedding or want them to stay in their own cars even when the outside temperature is as low as zero degrees. Drivers also have to pay for their basic food. Barring this driver situation being challenging, rest all was good at the hotel. Anil Ji, Harish Ji and Mohan Ji try to support whatever way they can to make your stay comfortable. I wish you get to enjoy the space as much as we did with these kind souls! Enjoy!

Our experience was great with this hotel.. location is just superb.. hospitality is great as well!! The hotel staff goes out of its way to make its guests comfortable be it meeting an infant needs or anything else. Just make sure you thoroughly check the room size as budget rooms feel a bit small. Plus hotel should work on its breakfast menu.. we stayed for two days and on both days breakfast menu was same. Taste of food was good though. We had a pleasant stay! :)

The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, even opening the cafe for us when we wanted to continue our party late into the night. The food was delicious, and the service was superb. The hotel also has a great party location with a bonfire and a view that is just breathtaking. The breakfast served in the open with clean air was a fantastic experience. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
