No hot water, no continuous power supply, and the helpers or the service men except the receptionist are quite cunning and they always look to keep getting tips for no reason at all. Be careful when you check in and keep your belongings by your side always.

I stayed here for three days. Dastgeer and Abdul salam are very helpful and attend to you on request. The rooms do have cockroaches. However, they were on walls, not bed. The rooms were regularly cleaned and being refurnished when I stayed there. The place is next to both bus and rail terminals and good food spots are within 2 kms.

Budget accommodation in Bandra Kurla Complex area, where you are looking for budget bed space accomodation Nice amd neat atmosphere Good staff except they are short tempered comparing to the hospitality industry staffs. If you are good enough to manage these issues then it will be ok for you Very close Bandra Railway Station and Bus Terminus Those who come for Interviews in BKC area this will be the best option apart from disadvantages

Worst staff behaviour. I went to Mumbai for my visa interview and had to stay there for 3 nights . The staff says that I cannot walk here and there when I want to go meet my friend in the room beside . Never heard anything like this before and the staff is very rude and asks to pay extra money and once my visa got approved , the service boy comes to me and talks to super sweet so that I give him money only until an hour before that he was super rude for all three days . Also the stay looks completely opposite of how it looks in the photos . It is super dirty and the walls are super thin that the conversation in the room beside is completely audible .I couldn’t concentrate for my visa interview preparation at all .

Worst experience 1. Building shown in pic is not same now, you will find garbage in and around. 2. LIft is not functional. 3. People have painted the staircase with spitting. 4. In room bed lining are not at all cleaned. 5. Most worst is that you will have sleep with other guests( Cockroaches) even on your bed also. Find very unhygienic.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
