Taken in by the appreciative reviews, we made the booking and paid the full cost in advance. Biggest mistake of all. The front facade of the building has been touched up in the pictures- there are broken windows and the place is crowded, grimy and badly maintained. The 'reception' is on the 7th floor. When we saw the room, it was terrible. Stained sofas and bedding that seemed to have been washed a long time ago. No towels or soaps in the room. Apparently, they 'forgot' Checked out of there in a couple of hours - asked for a refund of at least a day and was blandly told - no refunds. The area around the ground floor is permanently occupied by auto drivers asking where you want to go, cars parked haphazardly and uniformly dirty. Don't make the mistake of going to this place - ever. Even though it's right next to the US Embassy. That's probably the reason why they get bookings and aren't bothered about what the actual place is like

1) No parking space available 2) Not a family hotel kind of place 3) No facilities available, rooms are very dirty 4) Just opposite to the hotel is a dumping yard which is very smelly and also trucks parking area 5) It actually the slum area of BKC ,so comparatively it’s very expensive I am surprised why Agoda is advertising this hotel with such good reviews, I feel the reviews might be paid because the experience was nothing near to even ok. I even rate Agoda poorly fot this. A bitterly awful experience

Stayed at BKC garden and was thoroughly impressed. The staff's warmth and attentiveness made it feel like a home away from home. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
