Booked the place for three days for 41k. There's no room service. If you reach late then be prepared to sleep hungry or have food outside and then check in, because they don't even serve a cup of tea. Nobody comes to clean the room even after several requests. The place is pathetic for stay. Olden days dharamshala's were much better atleast you didn't expect any hospitality. There moto is fend for yourself

Poor maintenance, smelling, unhygienic restrooms, no restaurant facility. I got sick after consuming a glass of water from the restaurant. Unless it's renovated and brought into working condition I'll not recommend this hotel. This is an honest feedback.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city and is convenient to visit all tourist spots, the second plus is the breakfast offered was simple but delicious, The downside is the toilets were not well maintained and the sheets were soiled so please have your sheets checked otherwise the service was fine.

Stayed two nights at the hotel.adequate parking,spacious rooms,good accessibility and delicious breakfast are highlights of the hotel. The housekeeping has to really improve.However, Mr. Manikantan, the manager, more than compensated lax house keeping,by his attentive and courteous behaviour and prompt delivery of requested services..A special word of appreciation to the catering dept. for the delicious, vadas, poories and pongal. All in all, a good and safe hotel for a family stay.

Went for sister's betrothal. Parking was good and rooms were good Stage decoration was great and then came my favorite part of lunch. We ordered buffet lunch for 150 people but they served for only 100 people and said that the food is empty ,we managed food for 150 people. They just don't know the meaning of buffet where food should be served unlimited. I just asked for ice cream the manager said there is no ice cream etc. At the time of billing he asked extra 15 people had eaten and we have to pay for that which raised my BP. The food was not good ,except food you can prefer for other options. The cost of food is 900 rs per head which had Mutton biriyani Chicken 65 Raitha Curd White rice Rasam Kala Jamun Few dishes in veg And soup.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
