The service and hotel is excellent. I enjoyed my stay in c7. Staff are punctual and help the customer ok in all way. Food also very tasty .

We stayed for two nights. The rooms view was breathtaking, facing the tea garden. Food is average. Overall a good place to stay, local market is walking distance.

The hotel has fine rooms and my room had a lovely view over the tea plantation. I took all my meals in the room because the restaurant area was so loud. The country music didn’t really help. We went to munnar with a baby who unfortunately got sick. We had been trying to put her to bed for two hours when, all of the sudden, music started blasting outside our window. Apparently the manager had promised a group to have a party outside our hotel room which of course woke our baby up and really gave us the worst night of her eight month long life. The management didn’t really respond but tried pushing us another room that was equally loud. The suggested we should take our sick baby to a different hotel in the middle of the night. This is my tenth trip to India. I have never experienced such arrogance and disinterest of the staff of any hotel before. I hope you don’t do the same mistake I did and stay clear.

A hotel with no hospitality. Extremely poor services and lousy food. Some examples... We had paid for bonfire but was not provided, in the sense, thay refused to provide us chairs and therefore we did not use it. Only one hand towel was provided and it took an effort with the hotel to get the second one. The tea maker in the room was not functional and the hotel refused to change it or give another one Tea sachets and water were at premium and request for extra was denied We were threatened to have dinner by 9.30 pm or forego it. The food was absolutely lousy Hotel is strongly recommended to be avoided

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
