Rooms were very basic and worn. Water was barely hot. AC barely worked. Staff was not friendly. This used to be a hotel that someone loved, but it is prone poorly maintained and run down. Breakfast was terrible. There’s a great India-Cuban restaurant on the roof.

This is a 1 or 2 star hotel and should not be considered as 3 star. I paid 4k for a room with no chairs, no water glass, On top of they served the breakfast in room, how can one have breakfast without chairs. Room service was bogus, the water geyser was shared with another room with a switch in the other room. When I asked the manager about all these things she was shameless and smiling. The bathroom was very old with cuts and all on the door and wall. The towels provided were generation old. Not recommended at all for family stay.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The toilet was unclean, and I wasn't provided with basic amenities like bath towels and toiletries. The room lacked a kettle, and despite booking a double bed, I ended up with two single beds. The fan malfunctioned, making the stay uncomfortable, but surprisingly, the AC worked well. Adding to the misery, the room had mosquitoes. To top it off, the hefty charge of 4120 for one night felt unjustified. This has been my worst hotel stay ever.

Had a pleasant stay here. Room was neat and bathroom was clean. Good service. Havana hotel at the complex provides good north indian cuisine. Suggest to add south indian food options as well. Also a hot water kettle in the room, would be nice.

The experience was average. Rooms were clean but proper vantilation was not there. They are giving only two water bottles and for rest of the bottles they are charging😑 I did not get one thing that if anyone is staying in your hotel for 2-3 days, will two bottle of water be enough?

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
