For a couple, friends group for relaxing the place is fine. But for families the location is not that level of good. Either you have to have a car or rent car everytime you want to go market, which takes 150-200 rs in one sided trip. The taste of food is not good compared to other restaurants at Mount Abu. The presentation is not good. In general the food is overpriced. If you are non vegetarian then the price is extremely illogically high. Apparently I have seen most of the drinkers go there to drink at its full along with party songs for whole night. There is only one room which is at the roof. That's why noise does not reach there. Otherwise the noise of the party of drinkers will annoy you all night.

Since they are pet friendly hotel I chose for that very reason…Not good experience overall the room itself turned out to be a bad experience. “Broken plumbing”the tap in the sink was already broken once I try use it….the tap literally came off the sink. I could hear water dripping all night through it.

If you are looking for location than only its good place but other than that no such thing is good about the hotel, rooms doesn't not have any kind of privacy. Staff is OK. Food is not good. Overall it was not at all comfortable stay. We had planned for 2 days but just after spending one night at this hotel we shifted to another hotel. I would say it you are planning with family than it is not worth.

I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Castle Rock in Mount Abu recently, and it was an absolutely delightful experience to stay in their deluxe rooms. The location of this hotel is impeccable, nestled amidst the serene beauty of Mount Abu. It offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life, making it a perfect retreat for relaxation and rejuvenation. Each meal was a delightful and happy with food quality. The hotel staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly.

It’s very good in the lap of mountain and all the staffs are very cooperative and sensible. Good for nature lover and early morning views is very pleasant with sun rise. We no need to go for a while to see the nature beauty, it’s here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
