Average hotel in middle of the city Good: 1. Location is good with many shops around 2. Ample parking available infront of hotel complex and basement 3. Rooms are spacious 4. Beds are clean Not so good: 1. Hotel has aged and its visible in many places 2. Room was smelly 3. Bathrooms were not very clean 4. Window sofa are very dirty 5. No maintainance of parking area in basement 6. No restaurant available in the lodge itself Rooms are bit expensive and does not feel totally worth. Would consider other hotels than this.

The rooms are amazing and spacious! The luxury you can avail for the amount you pay is extraordinary! The service was amazing, location is amazing, staffs are very polite and helpful. They don’t have a restaurant but, there are restaurants nearby and you can take the food to the room. Early Checkin would be possible considering there are rooms available. Overall, a very happy and memorable experience, will stay whenever I plan my visit to Manipal.

Suite room was spacious no doubt But air conditioner was not at all effective. We requested for pedestal fan but they were not willing to provide us the same, finally they reluctantly gave us on the last day. We were sweating like a hell. Certainly not worth the money. ( Pls see : complimentary breakfast was not provided; we were told that the kitchen was getting renovated, but does it have any impact on the room charges; i doubt so ). To conclude: not impressed, tranquil was far better than this.

pros Rooms are Large and clean. Very good quality AC installed. The Side sitting area in the room is innovatively designed. cons No restaurant . For any food u need to go out or order from swiggy/zomato( hot kettle in room for making tea) Rooms are sealed and even Bathroom does not have exhaust fan. Everything depends on AC. If AC is kept off ,the bathroom starts stinking. Hotel is on the udupi-manipal road and if you are going from manipal, you have to go nearly 200-300 mtrs for u turn to reach hotel. overall we had a good stay.

Rooms are good, smoking smells comes in room, but they would have changed room if we requested.. hotel staffs were friendly.. You don't have restaurant in this hotel, but allowed to have zomato and swiggy foods, nearby also you can explore some food options..

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
