Nice place to stay if need to visit all the places in Shimla. This hotel located at the heart of Shimla, thus it is easy to access and have a walk all over everywhere. Rooms were clean and peaceful. Breakfast also tasty, prices really reasonable. Highly recommended!

I must say it was by far the most peaceful and satisfying stay at any hotel. It almost felt like home. The staff was so cordial and polite. The food was so delicious and was always covered with aluminum foil. Rooms might look a bit small in reality but it was very well compensated with the quality of service they provide. Only bummer is the way to the hotel and since it is in middle of other hotels, it does not provide any scenic view from the window. (i was already informed about it earlier) Over all it is a must stay. I'm gonna visit the same place on my next visit to Shimla.

I stayed in this hotel on Aril-2023. This hotel is located around 1km from Mall road if you can walk. Hotel staff was very friendly, rooms are good. Food was good too. They will help in arranging vehicles for roaming around. There is no lift in this hotel. Hotel is located a bit inside so that it is not very easy to reach there if you don't contact the hotel staff when you reach there. Contact the hotel staff before you reach there so that they can help you.

Worst Hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel doesn't deserve even a single star. Rather I doubt how it got average 3.8 stars as everything over there is worst. Rude staff at the reception and no hospitality at all. stayed there for 1 day but experience was horrible. First of all location of the hotel is in very odd area and not easy to find. Many of the rooms are almost a kind of cage boxes and suffocating. Service is disgusting. Its just a house modified into hotel. Most of the rooms lack gallery and ventilation. Washrooms are worst. There's no restaurant. No WiFi rather fake promise that they have it. They provided old blankets. Don't waste your money here rather it will spoil your fun. Not recommended at all.

Eating at Total Chaman Palace was such a unique and wonderful experience. The food was delicious and the environment was so inviting. But what really stood out the most were the staff - they were so friendly and helpful, always making sure that we had everything we needed throughout our meal. I highly recommend eating here for an enjoyable time!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
