The accommodation was tidy and had a pleasant atmosphere. The hosts were exceptionally nice. Although it was a bit distant from the Mall Road, this brought a peaceful vibe. We could cook, and the hosts generously arranged a bonfire night for us. Overall, it was the perfect place at this price point.

The property is surrounded by lush greenery with spectacular view. The property is located on a beautiful hill top (As name resembles), away from city with peace all around. The location is a away from the main city - which has both pros and cons. The vibe of place is very good. Rooms are well ventilated and has a pleasing ambience and cleanliness. Property is equipped with a sitting area, WI-FI, desk, wardrobe, attached kitchen. Really loved the foods served for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff is also very courteous & helpful. Couple of improvements - 1. Thick curtains would be helpful in providing insulation 2. Observed power outage during the day on couple of days (we stayed for 4 days) 3. Booked 2 BHK however got only one Heater other was chargeable.

This place is really cute. Feels like a very upscale and large hotel room, and the attention the owner gave to the little details made us feel so special and taken care of! I would highly recommend staying here.

The owner Mr Pankaj was very courteous and prompt he ensured a comfortable stay .The location is awesome and the property is very well maintained the rooms are very clean tidy and all facilities like room heater geyser are available. Will love to come again and stay at the same property for a longer time.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
