        The worst experience in my life time. Pathetic. Please don’t go there. No service, pathetic toilet, small bed, not even a phone service, no hot water for drinking. That room spoiled our vacation. If you are not getting any other hotel, please cancel the vacation trip, thats the best thing. The bathroom height is just 160 , difficult for a taller person. I am actually surprised how this hotel got government approval to operate. It should be notified to tourism authority

        Your Privacy at risk. This Hotel is Just Awful. Staff are so Pathetic they enter the rooms of Couples during their absence without informing and Breach the Privacy. Can not even argue with this uneducated Brutes. Not sure if they have hidden cameras inside. Better to live on road rather than renting a room here.

        Worst rooms and geyser are too slow and hot water in taps will be too slow might take around 20mins to fill a bucket. Taps will come with your hand when you operate. Except maintenance man and maintenance supervisor no one will help you in any way. Early check in of 2 hrs caused me to cost extra 500. I changed 3 rooms and finally got one that too after a big conversation. Except the location of easy access nothing will be ok here. They are saying that after the renovation work all will be fine. Please do double check current status by any means before booking. No kettle will be there for each room. Common drinking hot water only available. No room service will be available from the telephone in the room. It will be a dead phone.

        Worst rooms. Service is very poor. No hot water for bathing. They snatch money for whole stay in a trip so don't have choice to change the hotel. My advice not visit this hotel. Too costly..

        The best thing about the hotel is it's location. The Bus stand, Railway station, Botanical Garden, Commercial road everything is at a walking distance. The rooms were clean and spacious. The open terrace was a bonus, it was a great view from the terrace in front of the Superior rooms. The price is also reasonable. On the flip side, the quality of the water at the bathroom was not good, it had a deep yellow colour. There was no room service and no intercom provided in the rooms. The bathroom was too small.
