Very pleasant stay in the Chronicles Hotel. Specially need to mention the efforts made by the hotel staff to make a pleasant stay for the guests. I would like to appreciate Junaid's gesture to provide quality food/special baby food for my 1.5yrs old baby. Not only he prepared fresh food but also provided some for the later half of the day. Good parking space and good location near Fateh Sagar & lake pichola. Overall a 5 star stay

We had a terrible time with the hotel. We reserved our room ahead of time with a nice deal and got a confirmation right away. But when we got there, they just canceled our reservation and said we paid too little and the price went up. They were so rude and nasty to us.

The hotel was amazing and the food and service was very nice special Ramesh help me menu suggestions and more beautiful places.hospitality was great. It has an amazing rooftop restaurant with breathtaking view. Must try it. Beautiful rooms with great food!!! It is a new hotel in town and definitely worth the try for a reasonable price! Had a wedding stay here!! But the property is situated in a very good location of Udaipur…we attended the wedding on Chunda palace but we had our food and meals here the food in Chronicles is very good…. And the staff is also very helpful… Junaid helped us with every need during our stay and made our stay very comfortable….. and Fauji (the waiter) was there greeting us with his smile and served us with. It meals whenever we eat here!!! Overall a very good experience

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
